When I started working with Toronto Police, my self-defence instructor advised me to keep training and do Krav Maga. At first I came for the training aspect, and I stayed for the fun. Krav Maga gave me confidence on the street as well as the most efficient stress relief mechanism out there. In all fairness, massage works almost as well… Training with Rob and the folks is so great because you do not need prior experience, strength or a big physique to be able to take action should something bad happen. I learned to efficiently use my elbows and knees and God knows that got me out of trouble.
