We offer Yoga as an addition to all of our adult classes, for a more well-rounded fitness and health program. Learning to connect breathing with movement, students will be guided through various sequences of Yoga postures and exercises. Our Yoga class is specifically tailored to supplement our other physically and mentally demanding classes that push our minds and bodies to the limit.
